If for any reason you're not happy with your item, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To start the return process, simply email us at support@sukoonfit.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to make a return.

We just ask that the item is in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tags attached. Once we confirm your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately at support@sukoonfit.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the right fit or color is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
