About this policy

sukoonfit.com is operated by Market Catalyst Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains which cookies we set, why, and how to control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

The short version

Nothing loads the moment you arrive. There are two tiers:

  • Advertising and measurement (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) start once you have engaged with the site — after about ten seconds, or as soon as you click or type anything.
  • Session recording (FullStory) only ever starts if you click Accept on the banner. Engaging with the site is not enough.

Either way, scripts are genuinely not fetched until the relevant condition is met — not loaded and hidden. Click Decline at any point and everything stops, permanently; once you have declined, nothing you do afterwards can switch it back on. The site works identically whatever you choose.

What a cookie is

A small text file your browser stores when you visit a site, and sends back next time so the site can remember something. Some are set by us ("first-party"), some by services we use ("third-party"). We treat similar technologies such as localStorage the same way in this policy.

Essential — always on

These make the basics work. Without them you could not add to a cart or check out. They are first-party and are not used for tracking, so we do not ask consent for them.

  • Your cart — browser localStorage (sukoonfit_cart) so what you added survives a page refresh.
  • Your cookie choice — browser localStorage (sukoonfit_consent) so we remember your answer and stop asking.
  • Session and security — small cookies from our host (Vercel) to route requests and protect against abuse.

Analytics — only if you accept

  • FullStory — records your session on the site: clicks, scrolling and how you navigate, so we can find where things confuse people. Sensitive form fields, including anything payment-related, are masked and never captured. See FullStory's privacy notice.

We do not use Google Analytics. It was removed from this site and no GA cookies are set.

Advertising — only if you accept

  • Meta Pixel — sets _fbpto identify your browser to Meta's ad platform, and reports events such as ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. See Meta's privacy notice.
  • Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing through gtag.js, so we can tell which ads lead to orders and show ads to people who have visited before. See Google's privacy notice.

Payment cookies

We are not able to take payment through the site right now, so no payment cookies of any kind are set. Joining the waitlist only ever asks for your email.

How long they last

  • Session cookies disappear when you close the browser.
  • Persistent cookies stay for a set period — Meta's _fbp typically about three months, Google Ads cookies up to two years.
  • Your cart and cookie choice stay in localStorage until you clear this site's data.

Changing your mind

  • Reset your choice — clear this site's data in your browser settings. The banner comes back and you can answer again.
  • Browser settings — every major browser lets you block cookies or specific third-party domains, under Settings → Privacy.
  • Tracker blockers — uBlock Origin, or the built-in protection in Brave and Firefox, will block these trackers too.
  • Meta — you can turn off ad targeting inside your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Blocking any of this will not affect your ability to browse or order.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is still no agreed standard for interpreting it, so we do not respond to it separately — but since nothing non-essential loads without your explicit consent, declining the banner achieves the same result.

Children

sukoonfit.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly use cookies to profile or advertise to children. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern, email support@sukoonfit.com.

Changes to this policy

We update this page whenever we add or remove something that sets cookies, and change the "Last updated" date at the top.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the law of the US state in which you live, and nothing in it limits any privacy or consumer-protection right you have under that state's law. Sukoon Fit is operated from Pakistan; we do not ask you to bring claims there.
