Sukoon Fit — Cookies Policy

Last updated: May 2026

About This Policy

sukoonfit.com is operated by Market Catalyst Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered with the Federal Board of Revenue of Pakistan (FBR Registration No. 3520145796137). This Cookies Policy explains what cookies are, which ones we set on sukoonfit.com, why, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

What a Cookie Is

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. The next time you visit, the browser sends the cookie back so the site can recognise you, remember your preferences or measure how the site is being used. Some cookies are set by us directly ("first-party cookies"), others are set by third-party services we use on the site ("third-party cookies"). The same idea applies to similar storage technologies your browser supports, such as localStorage — where it is relevant, we treat those the same way as cookies in this policy.

The Categories of Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies and Storage

These keep the basics of the site working. Without them, you would not be able to add items to your cart or check out. They are first-party and are not used for tracking. Examples include:

  • Cart contents — we use browser localStorage (key: sukoonfit_cart) so the items in your cart survive a page refresh.
  • Session and security — small cookies set by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) to route requests and protect the site against abuse.

Because these are needed for the site to function, we do not ask for consent for them — you cannot meaningfully use sukoonfit.com without them.

Analytics Cookies

These help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. They tell us things like which products are popular, where new visitors come from, and which pages cause confusion. The services we use are:

  • Google Analytics 4 — sets _ga and related cookies to assign your browser an anonymised identifier and measure page views, sessions and conversions. Data is sent to Google. See Google's privacy notice at policies.google.com/privacy.
  • FullStory — sets session cookies and records anonymised on-site behaviour (clicks, scrolls, navigation patterns) so we can debug usability issues. Sensitive form fields are masked. See FullStory's privacy notice at fullstory.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Advertising Cookies

These help us measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram so we know which ads bring in customers. Currently we use:

  • Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel) — sets the _fbp cookie to identify your browser to Meta's advertising platform. Meta receives information about which products you viewed and whether you completed a purchase. We send Meta event names like ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout and Purchase, along with the related order or product details. See Meta's privacy notice at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Cookies From Our Payment Provider (Once SafePay Is Live)

We are currently in the process of onboarding SafePay as our online payment processor. Once SafePay is enabled at checkout, the SafePay payment page may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and to remember your payment selection within a session. Those cookies are set by SafePay on its own domain and are governed by SafePay's privacy and cookie policies at getsafepay.com/privacy.

How Long These Cookies Last

Cookies fall into two timing buckets:

  • Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period. The Google Analytics _ga cookie, for example, has a default lifespan of around two years. Meta's _fbp typically lasts three months.

How You Can Control Cookies

You are in control. You can manage non-essential cookies in any of these ways:

  • Browser settings — every major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Brave) lets you block cookies, clear existing cookies, or block specific third-party domains. Look in Settings → Privacy.
  • Tracker blockers — extensions like uBlock Origin or built-in features in Brave/Firefox can block analytics and advertising trackers including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and FullStory.
  • Opt-out tools — Google offers a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Meta lets you turn off ad targeting in your Facebook/Instagram settings.

Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to browse and order on sukoonfit.com — only essential cookies are required for the site to work, and those are first-party and minimal.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry standard on how to interpret that signal, sukoonfit.com does not currently respond to it differently. We instead encourage you to use the controls above to manage cookies directly.

Children

sukoonfit.com is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use cookies to profile or advertise to children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the site, please contact us at support@sukoonfit.com and we will help.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time — for example, when we add or remove a service that sets cookies, or when SafePay goes live and starts setting payment-page cookies. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page whenever we do.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan.
