How the guarantee works
Wear it for real
Try it on, wear it out, wash it once if you want to. That's what the 30 days are for — you can't judge a hoodie from a product photo.
Change your mind, any reason
Wrong fit, wrong color, or you just didn't bond with it — all valid. Email us within 30 days of delivery. We don't ask why.
Full refund
Once it's back with us and checked, you're refunded in full to the card you paid with — normally the same day, five business days at the outside.
Ordering is temporarily paused
We can't take payment online right now, so this guarantee doesn't apply to anything yet — there's nothing to return until we can actually ship an order. Join the waitlist at checkout and we'll email you the moment that changes.
