Sukoon Fit — Shipping Policy

Who Operates Sukoon Fit

sukoonfit.com is operated by Market Catalyst Enterprises, an FBR-registered sole proprietorship based in Lahore, Pakistan. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Sukoon Fit" all refer to that entity.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan served by our courier partner. This includes major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot) as well as smaller cities and towns. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us at support@sukoonfit.com before placing your order.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Courier Partner

All orders are dispatched through TCS(TCS Private Limited), one of Pakistan's leading courier services. Once your order is dispatched, TCS handles the physical delivery and any in-transit tracking.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad) — typically 1 to 2 working days.
  • Other cities and towns — typically 2 to 3 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on the courier's workload, your location, public holidays, and circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather events, public holidays, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Working days are Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed the next working day.

Order Processing Time

After you place an order, we aim to process and hand it to TCS within 1 working day. For orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on a working day, we aim to dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. A dispatch notification — including your TCS tracking number — will be sent once the order has been handed to the courier.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value:

  • Free shipping on all orders of PKR 5,000 or above.
  • Flat PKR 200 shipping fee on orders below PKR 5,000.

The shipping charge (if any) is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping amount, inclusive of any applicable Pakistani sales tax — there are no hidden charges.

Payment Method

At the moment, the only live payment method on sukoonfit.com is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the courier in cash when your order is handed to you. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives.

We are currently in the process of onboarding PayFast, a State Bank of Pakistan–licensed payment service provider, as our online payment gateway. Once PayFast is enabled at checkout, you will be able to pay online by card, bank account, Raast, or mobile wallet before dispatch. The shipping policy will apply to online-payment orders in exactly the same way as COD orders. We will update this section once PayFast is live.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a TCS tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the TCS website or by contacting TCS customer service.

You can also track your order on our website at sukoonfit.com/track-order using your order number and email address.

Failed Deliveries and Undeliverable Orders

If TCS cannot deliver your order — for example, because no one was available to receive it, the address was incomplete, or you could not be reached by phone — TCS will make a second delivery attempt. If both attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.

If a package is returned to us because of an issue on your side (incomplete address, being unreachable, or refusing the delivery without a valid reason):

  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • A re-delivery shipping fee of PKR 200 will apply for the second dispatch.
  • If you do not respond within 7 days of us contacting you, we reserve the right to cancel the order. No refund is issued for cancelled COD orders that were refused or abandoned.

If the package is returned to us because of an error on our side — for example, we attached the wrong address label — we will re-dispatch at no cost to you.

Lost in Transit

If TCS confirms that your shipment has been lost in transit — for example, where the TCS tracking record shows no scan or handover for more than 7 working days after dispatch and TCS is unable to locate it — please email us at support@sukoonfit.com with your order number. We will treat the shipment as lost and, at your choice, either re-dispatch the same items at no additional cost (subject to stock) or refund you in full, including any shipping fee you paid. We do not pass the risk of a courier-side loss back to you.

Damaged or Tampered Packaging on Arrival

Please inspect the outer packaging when the courier delivers your order. If the packaging is visibly damaged or appears to have been opened or tampered with, take a photo before accepting or opening it. If the item inside is damaged as a result, email us at support@sukoonfit.com on the same day with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that address corrections can be made after an order is placed. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, email us at support@sukoonfit.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Without prejudice to your right as a consumer under the applicable provincial consumer protection law to file at any District Consumer Court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, the parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
