Sukoon Fit — Refund Policy

The Short Version
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return, refund or size exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with their original tags attached. Email support@sukoonfit.com with your order number and we will take it from there.
sukoonfit.com is operated by Market Catalyst Enterprises (FBR Registration No. 3520145796137), a Pakistan-based sole proprietorship owned by Hassan Muhammad Younas. The rest of this page sets out exactly when refunds apply, when they do not, and how the process works. It is part of our Terms and Conditions.
The 7-Day Return Window
Your 7-day window starts the day the courier hands your order to you. If your order arrives on a Friday, you have until the following Friday end-of-day to email us and start a return. After 7 days we are not able to accept returns — please do not send items back to us after the window closes.
What Qualifies for a Return or Refund
You can return an item and receive a full refund or replacement in any of these situations:
- The item is defective. Stitching defect, fabric tear or pilling on arrival, broken zipper, fading, print or embroidery error, or any other manufacturing fault.
- You received the wrong item. Wrong product, wrong colour, or wrong size compared to what you ordered.
- The item does not match the product description in a material way. For example, the fabric composition or weight is significantly different from what the product page states.
In all three cases, we cover the cost of return shipping and the cost of sending the replacement.
What Does Not Qualify
To be fair to ourselves and to other customers, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind on a non-defective item. We hope you love your Sukoon Fit purchase — but if you simply change your mind, we are not able to refund a perfectly good product.
- Items that have been worn, washed, ironed or altered in any way. We sell these onward, so they must come back in resale condition.
- Items returned without their original tags or packaging. Please do not remove tags until you are sure you want to keep the item.
- Items returned outside the 7-day window.
- Sale or clearance items. Anything marked as sale or clearance on the product page is final sale unless it is genuinely defective.
- Minor colour variation between the product photo on the site and the item you received. Screens and lighting vary — see our Terms and Conditions. Significant material mismatches are covered above; small colour shifts are not.
Size Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size and the size you actually need is in stock, we are happy to do an exchange. Here is how it works:
- Email us at support@sukoonfit.com within 7 days of delivery and let us know which size you need instead.
- We will confirm stock and send you return instructions.
- You send the original item back to us — unworn, unwashed, with original tags. You cover the return shipping cost, because the size mismatch is not a fault on our side.
- Once we receive and inspect the original, we ship the replacement size to you. We cover the re-delivery cost.
If the size you need is not in stock, we will refund you in full instead — including the original shipping you paid, if any.
How to Start a Return
Send an email to support@sukoonfit.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number (it is on your confirmation email — looks like SF-#####).
- The name of the product and the size and colour you ordered.
- The reason for the return — what is wrong, or which size you would like to exchange for.
- For defective or wrong-item cases: clear photos of the issue. Photos help us resolve your case faster and avoid back-and-forth.
We will reply within 2 business days with your return reference and the address to send the package back to. Please do not send items back to us before you have heard from us — items sent without a return reference may go astray.
Processing Your Refund
Once your returned item reaches us, we inspect it within 2 business days to confirm it meets the return conditions above. As soon as we have approved the return, we issue your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Today, all orders are Cash on Delivery, so refunds are processed by bank transfer. After we approve the return, we'll ask you for the IBAN or account details where you'd like the refund to land. We don't retain those banking details after the refund clears.
We are currently onboarding SafePay as our online payment processor. Once SafePay is enabled at checkout, refunds for SafePay orders will go back to the same payment method you used (card, wallet or bank account). SafePay processes the refund on our instruction, and the credit then takes an additional 5 to 10 banking daysto reflect in your account, subject to your bank's own settlement cycle under State Bank of Pakistan rules. We don't control that bank-side timing.
If you do not see the refund land in your account within the timelines above (counting from our confirmation email), please email us at support@sukoonfit.com and we will chase it for you. Inter-bank settlement can occasionally take a little longer depending on your bank.
Damaged on Arrival
Please inspect your order as soon as the courier delivers it. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or has been tampered with, take a photo before opening if you can. If the item inside is damaged, email us at support@sukoonfit.com on the same day with the photos. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you change your mind about an order before it has been dispatched, email us at support@sukoonfit.com as quickly as possible with your order number. As long as the order is still with us — not yet handed to the courier — we are happy to cancel it free of charge.
Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under the 7-day return window above.
Your Consumer Rights
This refund policy applies on top of your statutory consumer rights under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 (and any other applicable provincial consumer protection law). Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or limit those rights. If you ever feel a refund situation has not been handled fairly, please raise it with us first at support@sukoonfit.com — we want to put it right.
Governing Law
This refund policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan.
