Sukoon Fit — Terms and Conditions

Who You Are Dealing With

sukoonfit.com is operated by Market Catalyst Enterprises, an FBR-registered sole proprietorship based in Lahore, Pakistan. Throughout these terms "we", "us" and "Sukoon Fit" refer to that entity. "You" means anyone using the site or placing an order. Our registered business address is set out in the Contact section at the end of these terms. The proprietor's full legal name and NTN/CNIC are on file with the Federal Board of Revenue, our payment service provider, and our courier partner, and are disclosed on lawful request.

Sukoon Fit is an online retail brand selling clothing and apparel — currently our heavyweight oversized hoodies — to customers within Pakistan.

What You Agree To By Using the Site

By browsing sukoonfit.com, adding items to your cart, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order on your behalf and will be the contracting party — minors cannot enter into a binding sale contract directly under the Contract Act 1872 and the Majority Act 1875. By placing an order you also confirm that the information you have given us — your name, address, phone number and email — is true and current.

Browsing and Ordering

sukoonfit.com offers guest checkout. You do not need to create an account to place an order. You give us the details we need at checkout (name, shipping address, phone, email) and we use them only to fulfil and support that order, as described in our Privacy Policy.

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us with your order number. Until you receive that confirmation, we have not accepted the order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if the item is found to be out of stock after order placement, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an obvious pricing error on the product page. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Product Descriptions, Colour and Sizing

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Even so, there are two areas where small variations are unavoidable:

Colour. Different screens display colours differently, and lighting in our photography studio is not the same as lighting in your room. The colour you see on your screen is a close representation, not an exact match. Minor colour variation between what you see online and the product you receive is normal and is not grounds for a refund.

Sizing. Every product page includes a sizing chart with exact measurements. Please refer to it before you order. Our hoodies are oversized by design — please read the fit notes on the product page. If you order the wrong size, our Refund Policy tells you what to do.

Pricing and Payment

All prices on the site are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable Pakistani sales tax. Shipping is shown separately at checkout and is likewise inclusive of any applicable sales tax. Free shipping applies on orders of PKR 5,000 or above; below that threshold, a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies as shown at checkout. If you require a formal tax invoice for your records or for business reimbursement, email support@sukoonfit.com with your order number and we will issue one.

At the moment, the only live payment method on sukoonfit.com is Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay the courier in cash when your order is handed to you.

We are currently in the process of onboarding PayFast, a State Bank of Pakistan–licensed payment service provider (PSO/PSP), as our online payment gateway. Once PayFast is enabled at checkout, you will be able to choose to pay online by card, bank account, Raast, or mobile wallet. Payment details will be entered on PayFast's own secure page; Sukoon Fit will never see or store your full card or account number. For online payments through PayFast, the sale contract is between you and Sukoon Fit, but the payment relationship is between you and PayFast, and PayFast's own terms and conditions will apply to the payment transaction itself.

Until PayFast is live, only COD is available at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partner, TCS. Full details of delivery timeframes, shipping charges, tracking, and failed-delivery procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 working days depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery time depends on the courier and the destination city. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For Cash on Delivery orders, if the courier cannot reach you on the first delivery attempt and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. If the issue is on your side (you were unreachable, the address was incomplete, or you declined the package without a valid reason), a re-delivery shipping fee of PKR 200 will apply.

Risk of loss in a delivered product passes to you on delivery. Risk in a returned product passes back to us only once we have received it at our address.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund process is set out in the Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms and you should read it before ordering. In short: you have 7 days from delivery to request a return for defective, wrong, or materially misdescribed items. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached to be eligible.

Intellectual Property

Everything on sukoonfit.com — the "Sukoon Fit" name and logo, the Taskin product name, our product descriptions, photography, videography, website design, copy and the underlying code — belongs to Market Catalyst Enterprises or is used by us under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, sell or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission.

Sukoon Fit™ and Taskin™ are trademarks of Market Catalyst Enterprises, asserted under the Trade Marks Ordinance 2001 of Pakistan. All other trademarks referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

You are welcome to share our content on personal social media and to link to our pages. If you want to use our material for any commercial or editorial purpose, please contact us first.

Things You Must Not Do

When using the site or interacting with us, you agree not to:

  • Place fraudulent orders, use a false name or someone else's payment or contact details.
  • Return items that you have worn, washed, altered or damaged, or that are missing original tags or packaging, and claim they are eligible for refund.
  • Use the site or our products for commercial resale, wholesale or distribution without our prior written authorisation.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy or republish our product pages, photography or pricing data in bulk.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the systems or networks behind it, or other users' data. Unauthorised access is a criminal offence under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA).
  • Submit content, reviews or messages that are unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, or that infringe somebody else's rights.
  • Use the site to harass, threaten or impersonate other users or our staff.

No Warranties — "As Is"

We make sukoonfit.com (the website) available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, free of viruses, or that the information on it is always 100% up to date. We do our best to keep it accurate, but small errors happen — for example, the occasional stock count that is out of sync. Where that happens, please bear with us while we put it right. This site-level "as is" language does not affect any statutory warranties on our products — including the implied conditions of merchantable quality and fitness for purpose under the Sale of Goods Act 1930 and your remedies under the applicable provincial consumer protection law. Our Refund Policy sets out how we handle defective, wrong, or materially misdescribed products.

Nothing in these terms takes away your statutory consumer rights under the applicable provincial consumer protection law (Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005, Sindh Consumer Protection Act 2014, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Consumer Protection Act 1997, Balochistan Consumer Protection Act 2003, or Islamabad Consumer Protection Act 1995, depending on your jurisdiction) — those rights apply on top of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of sukoonfit.com or any order you place is capped at whichever is greater of: (a) the total amount you actually paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose; or (b) PKR 5,000.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses — such as loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm — even if we have been told such loss was possible. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, courier disruptions, or government actions.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law — for example, liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Indemnity

If you use the site in a way that breaks these terms or breaks Pakistani law, and a third party makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to indemnify us against the reasonable costs of dealing with that claim — including legal fees we reasonably incur. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and give you the opportunity to take part in handling it.

Suspension and Termination

Because Sukoon Fit operates on guest checkout — there are no user accounts to suspend — "termination" for us means we may refuse to accept future orders from you if you have repeatedly breached these terms (for example, repeated fraudulent orders or chargebacks on delivered goods). We will tell you why if we do this, and you can contact us at support@sukoonfit.com to dispute it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when we launch online payments, change couriers, or to reflect a change in law. Updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after the change means you accept the updated terms. For material changes we will notify you on the homepage or by email.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the applicable provincial consumer protection law and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 where relevant. Without prejudice to your right as a consumer under the applicable provincial consumer protection law to file at any District Consumer Court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, the parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
