Sukoon Fit — Terms and Conditions

Who you are dealing with

sukoonfit.com is operated by Market Catalyst Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered in Lahore, Pakistan. Throughout these terms "we", "us" and "Sukoon Fit" refer to that business, and "you" means anyone using the site or placing an order.

Sukoon Fit is a clothing brand selling to customers in the United States, priced in US dollars. We do not currently ship anywhere else.

Accepting these terms

You confirm you accept these terms at checkout, before you pay. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order. Our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy form part of these terms.

Ordering is temporarily paused

We are not able to take payment through the site right now. Nothing in the "Pre-orders" or "Prices and payment" sections below is currently in effect — no card is collected and no charge is made by joining the waitlist at checkout. This will be updated the moment ordering reopens.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include all applicable US import duties and taxes, prepaid by us. Shipping is free. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

We are not able to take payment through the site right now. Joining the waitlist collects only your email — no card details are requested.

We try hard to keep prices and product information accurate. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping and delivery

Set out in full in our Shipping Policy. In short: free shipping to all 50 US states, all duties prepaid, and pre-orders ship on 1 November 2026. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

30 days from delivery. Full refund, no questions asked. You cover return shipping. Change of mind is included — you do not have to give a reason. Items should be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. If an item is faulty, wrong or materially not as described, we cover return shipping and the replacement. Full details are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product descriptions and color

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric weight, construction and fit. Screens differ, so the color you see may not exactly match the color that arrives. Small variations of that kind are normal and are not a defect. A genuine mismatch — a different color altogether, or a materially different fabric — is covered by the Refund Policy.

Where our products are made

The Taskin Hoodie is made in Pakistan. This remains true regardless of which country an order is dispatched from.

Using the site

Please use sukoonfit.com lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use it to place fraudulent orders.

Sukoon Fit™ and Taskin™ are trademarks of Market Catalyst Enterprises. The text, photographs, design and code on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. Other trademarks referred to on the site belong to their respective owners.

The website itself

We provide sukoonfit.comon an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or perfectly up to date — occasionally a stock count or a detail will be out of sync, and we will put it right when we spot it. This paragraph concerns the website, not the products.

Warranties on our products

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

None of this affects the Refund Policy, which is a commitment we make to you directly: 30 days from delivery, full refund, no questions asked, and we cover everything if an item is faulty, wrong or materially misdescribed.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF SUKOONFIT.COM OR ANY ORDER YOU PLACE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS OR FAILURES CAUSED BY EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING NATURAL DISASTERS, INTERNET OUTAGES, COURIER DISRUPTION, CUSTOMS DELAYS OR GOVERNMENT ACTION.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT OUR LIABILITY FOR: (a) DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE; (b) FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION; OR (c) ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Orders we may decline

We sell on guest checkout, so there are no accounts to suspend. We may decline to accept future orders from someone who has repeatedly abused these terms — for example repeated fraudulent orders, or chargebacks raised on goods that were delivered. If we do that we will tell you why, and you can take it up with us at support@sukoonfit.com.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example when we add a payment method, change a shipping arrangement, or move fulfilment. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. We update the "Last updated" date whenever we change anything.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away the consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the US state where you live. Those rights apply on top of everything here.

Governing law and where claims are brought

These terms are governed by the law of the US state in which you live. Nothing in them limits any consumer-protection right you have under that state's law, or your right to bring a claim where you live — including in small claims court. Sukoon Fit is operated from Pakistan; we do not ask you to bring claims there.
